Cornwall’s Rewind Radio Celebrates 3rd Anniversary with Exciting Milestones
Cornwall, UK — Cornwall’s Rewind Radio proudly celebrates its third anniversary today, marking an exciting milestone for the local station as it continues to grow and expand. Over the past three years, Rewind Radio has been at the heart of Cornwall’s vibrant community, delivering a diverse mix of music, news, and local content. As part of its ongoing success, the station is expanding its offices to accommodate new staff, reflecting its commitment to supporting its ever-growing listener base and ensuring quality programming.
To add to the celebration, Rewind Radio is thrilled to announce the upcoming Radiothon on the 31st of October 2024 to raise money and awareness to three charities to include HD Livin’ Cornwall Hospice Care and Penhaligon’s Friends, sponsored by Focus Technology based in Redruth, and Carers Break CIC, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting caregivers across Cornwall. The Radiothon will feature special segments, interviews, auction, and music to raise funds and awareness for local charities, bringing the community together for a great cause.
In a further exciting development, Rewind Radio is also proud to announce a new partnership with BYD Truro, part of City West Motors based in Tresillian. As part of this collaboration, BYD has gifted Managing Director Richard Woods a brand new BYD Seal. This state-of-the-art electric vehicle boasts a range of over 350 miles and can charge in just 37 minutes—ensuring Richard stays connected and, on the road, spreading the station’s message throughout Cornwall and beyond.
