Gyllyngvase Beach, nestled along the stunning coastline of Falmouth in Cornwall, England, is a captivating stretch of golden sands and azure waters. Cornwall Chamber of Commerce and Sara Tremayne Taylor have teamed up with ST MICHAEL'S RESORT to create The GYLLY Dippers - a monthly net-swimming and breakfast club for those who want to start the day FRESH. For our October edition 2024 we will be heading over to the idyllic Gylly Beach for a swim to blow away those cobwebs... Ready for the weekend. We'll meet at ST MICHAEL'S RESORT at 08:30 am and then walk down to the beach for a swim. Afterwards, we will head back to ST MICHAEL'S RESORT for a yummy warm breakfast bap with tea, coffee and water for refreshments.
Cold water swimming provides a refreshing plunge with numerous benefits, including improved circulation, mood enhancement, boosted immunity, pain relief, and social connection.
This event costs just £15pp, so please pay when you register for this event.

**Tips and useful info**
Bring a towel & potentially swim shoes / flipflops for the walk from St. Michael's to the beach.
There will NOT be a trained lifeguard available (unfortunately).
Don't forget to lift share, to save your pennies and the planet.
Weather dependent - if its stormy outside, we may cancel.
