This event is fully funded. Free lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Prior to the event, you will need to sign a self-declaration form to confirm eligibility for funding. Please keep an eye out for an email from Rosie from Cornwall Chamber of Commerce.

UTR code (if self-employed)

Health and Safety Information
Covid19	If you are displaying any symptoms of Covid19, have been asked to self-isolate or have been in contact with someone displaying symptoms of Covid19, we respectfully ask you not to attend the event.

Subsidy Control (formerly State Aid)
Where applicable (if you are attending this event as a representative of a business or go on to start a business), this event will accrue towards your subsidy control allowance (formerly known as State Aid). By attending, you are confirming that this, along with any previous support received (e.g. de minimis) will not exceed the Minimum Financial Assistance (“MFA”) threshold of £315,000 cumulated over the current and the previous two financial years). In compliance with the UK subsidy control, a statement of the value of this event will be provided to you by the organisers after attendance.

Photo Consent

Photographs will be taken at this event. We intend to use the images in our promotional material to tell others about the benefits of the project (Evolve Futures). We would like to use your photograph in publicity which may appear locally, nationally and worldwide (such as, social media, websites or other forms of marketing materials). On arrival, we will ask you to sign a sign-in sheet where you will be able to opt in-out of photography consent. By indicating ‘yes’, you are giving consent for your image to be used. The University of Exeter will keep your image on our records. The information will only be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Funding Information

The University of Exeter has been commissioned to deliver the EVOLVE FUTURES project on behalf of the Growth Hub by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) (1) as part of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme. We will store your information securely, so that we can communicate to you about the event (e.g. cancellation of event, changes to the itinerary).

Confirmation of your attendance at this event will be stored confidentially by the Evolve Futures programme for a period of up to seven years to allow us to comply with our funder. Your details will also be shared with the Growth Hub (CIOSGH) as we are working together to deliver Good Growth Commissioned services to businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
