Make Change Happen
Change is inevitable. It’s the only constant in life! And leading or navigating change can be daunting. This full-day workshop is designed to equip business leaders with some practical tools and techniques to support their teams of any size through any sized change. Focusing on simple, effective change management methods, our aim is to help leaders who are less experienced in managing change to navigate transitions with confidence, taking them step by step through our Figure 8 change process and sharing knowledge and insight on how they can make change happen. Participants will learn how to understand the impact change can have on their organisation, identify and anticipate challenges, communicate and engage their people effectively, and ultimately guide them toward embracing change while achieving the desired outcomes for your organisation.
