For most of us, we will struggle through as best we can. This might take the shape of avoidance, people pleasing, procrastination, anxiety, hyper-vigilance or perfectionism, and ultimately result in us self-sabotaging ourselves in the long run.
We believe that self-confidence is a human right.
We believe that strategies to nurture self-confidence should be accessible to all.
That's why will are running this FREE 5-day, live interactive challenge open to anyone who can relate to the following;

FAQs
I can't make 8pm in the evening. Can I still take part?
Yes you can. You will certainly get more from the sessions if you can be there in person, but we appreciate life has to happen. Every session will be recorded and shared in the online community the following morning ready for you to catch up.
What will the sessions look like?
Each 30 minute session will be run live by Lucy Cox on ZOOM who will talk through the topic for that session, share helpful tools, answer questions and set the challenge for the next 24 hours. Each session will have a challenge element to be completed before the next session. These activities will require minimal time, but will require some space for reflection. The more you participate in and commit to the challenge activites, the more benefit you will get from them.
I am neurodivergent, will I benefit from these sessions?
Absolutely. Lucy herself has ADHD super-powers and is a mum to two Autistic children. Co-Director of The Academe, Lerryn Clare, is an Autistic ADHDer with a neurodivergent son. We get it and will do our best to make sure these sessions are as accessible as we can possibly make them. Feel free to drop us an email at hello@theacademe.co.uk if you have any specific requests, concerns or questions.
Can my housemate/partner be on the same ZOOM screen as me?
Of course. The more the merrier. It would be useful from an administrative perspective however to have a separate place registered for each of you so we know how many people we are expecting. This also means that you can both get your own worksheet and we can stay in touch with you both separately.
I have a young family. Does it matter if they are around me while I take part?
We love kids and welcome everyone. However, in order to make sure that everyone feels safe to be open and honest and ask questions that may not be suitable for young ears, we ask that you connect to the session via headphones so that conversations can remain private.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to email us at hello@theacademe.co.uk.
