Trenderway Farm, nestled in the scenic countryside of Cornwall, is a charming retreat offering a quintessential farmstay experience. This idyllic destination features rustic yet comfortable accommodations, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and farmland. Andrew Davenport, Managing Director of Focus Technology

Andrew is the managing director of Focus Technology Europe Ltd. He has been working in the IT managed services sector for over 25 years and uses his experience to find solutions to a range of different problems through out of the box thinking and the correct application of technology.
Outside of work he has recently taken up running and enjoys building Lego.

Mark Moore, Director of South West Cyber Resilience Centre

 
Mark is a serving police Superintendent in the Devon and Cornwall force. After graduating from Exeter University with a languages degree, he has worked for over 28 years in policing, spanning a variety of operational roles. His CV includes geographic leadership roles including firearms and public order command, and operating nationally as a lead consultant, helping forces across the country create sustainable operating models. Mark has an interest in cyber which led to him becoming one of the force ‘digital leaders’, before taking up a post to create and lead the region’s Cyber Resilience Centre. The centre now supports over 1700 regional businesses. Mark. Latterly, Mark chaired the board of directors of a local Multi-Academy Trust, guiding it through a period of restructure and expansion. Mark holds an MSc in police leadership and management and a postgraduate certificate in the psychology of organisation development. He is married with two children, two dogs, and a passion for Cornish beaches.

Neil Kirkland, Chief Executive & Financial Director of Go Collaborate



Neil is a high-level business and finance management professional with extensive experience of delivering change and innovation in the public and private sectors in both the UK and Australia. 
Neil and his co-founders Katerina Sukstul and Josh Guy graduated from the renowned Falmouth University Launchpad Business Incubation and Acceleration Programme in 2019 with their GoCollaborate platform. Since then, GoCollaborate has established itself as an accomplished provider of platforms that enables communities to be connected, informed and engaged. Using the platform communities are positioned to work together to make their places, their networks, their organisations; better, more prosperous, more healthy and more sustainable.
Outside of work Neil is a man of faith and keen golfer who continues to battle to maintain his almost impressive 5 handicap amongst the sharks and bandits at Newquay Golf Club
