With a career spanning sectors such as pubs and retail, Karen has worked across people-focused roles, including several key positions in HR. For the past two years, having the privilege of leading the inclusion agenda as the Inclusion and Learning Partner at St Austell Brewery. In this role, she's dedicated herself to recognizing, understanding, and addressing cultural challenges within the organization, helping to foster an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.

Ali Carnegie Founding Director of Total Energy Solutions 

A founding Director of Total Energy Solutions incorporated in Dec 2007 has grown into a Market leading and multi award winning Commercial Energy Broker on a national level in the UK.
Ali has been responsible for new business and client retention growing the client base from 20 clients in 2008 to over 300 today.
Ali has a strong faith and has always given 10% of profit and time back to the community he lives and works in. He was a board member for the Cornwall Air Ambulance new Heli appeal (first one), helping to raise £2.8 million in just 20 months. Employability mentoring is another of Ali’s passions and has been a mentor at Plymouth Uni for over 15 years as well as working with City College Plymouth, Duchy College and many other schools in the area. He and his wife developed a national award winning student mentoring scheme in 2017 and he won the Vice Chancellors award for Employability mentoring from Plymouth University in 2012.
Ali his team continue to work with many charities and is always seen on the networking circuit in Cornwall.
