Nigel Milton, Chief of Staff & Carbon of Heathrow Airport
As Chief of Staff & Carbon, Nigel leads Heathrow’s Carbon Strategy, Communications and Sustainability & Communities Teams. His responsibilities include protecting Heathrow’s reputation and ensuring the airport maintains its global leadership role in the decarbonisation of aviation. He leads the liaison with external stakeholders on policy issues across international, national, and local government as well as business. As Director for External Affairs between 2013 and 2016, Nigel led the communications campaign to win public and political support for a third runway before taking on the role of Director of Communications, which included overcoming the internal and colleague communication challenges presented by the pandemic. Nigel joined from Virgin Atlantic in 2010, where he was responsible for the relationship with international governments.
Phillip Wright, Strategic Account Manager of Enterprise Mobility
Over 10 years’ experience working within the transportation industry, providing innovative mobility solutions to both the private and public sector across the South West and Cornwall.
Phil joined Enterprise in 2013 as a Graduate and completed his initial training program within 12 months before taking up a number of management roles within their operations teams. Since 2016 Phil has held a number of positions withing the sales team, partnering with local businesses to supply a range of services via their Enterprise Rent A Car, Flex-E-Rent, Car Club and Fleet Management brands. Away from his day job Phil is active in the community and Co-Chairs Enterprise’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee across the South West.
Key areas of interest include sustainable business travel, shared mobility, fleet management and being a socially conscious business partner to his customers and the communities in which Enterprise serve.
