Description

Cornwall Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to Penventon for our BIG breakfast event!

Co-Hosted by:

Speakers:
Helen Tite, Training Provider of iCareiMove

Helen Tite, founder of ICareIMove, is more than a fitness advocate; she's a Shero, inspiring women in their journey through aging and menopause, with her unwavering commitment to health prevention, education, and holistic well-being.
As we age, our bodies undergo significant changes, and women often overlook their health until faced with adversity. Helen?s mission is rooted in proactive health prevention and education, encouraging women to prioritise their well-being throughout their entire lives.
Helen's work centres on highlighting the importance of educating, and providing awareness, on the impact of menopause:

  • Education: Helen educates women on the profound advantages of physical activity during menopause, breaking down stigma and imparting knowledge through seminars, workshops, and informative content.
  • Supportive Communities: Helen fosters communities where women share experiences and support one another through the menopausal journey. Her online platforms provide safe spaces for open discussions.
  • Inclusive Exercise Programs: Helen designs and implements specialised exercise programs tailored to menopausal women's unique needs, promoting physical fitness and mental-emotional well-being.
Notably, Helen has developed the Women?s Wellbeing in the Workplace Commitment, to help organisations, and their managers, commit to supporting their staff more effectively, and championing their wellbeing, especially during menopause.
Helen and her team actively connect with and support Women's Refuge Centres and engage in peer mentoring programs in Cornwall, further emphasising their commitment to empowering women in every aspect of life.
Helen's impact is best experienced firsthand, where her energy and passion shine. Over two decades, this dedicated entrepreneur has excelled in health and well-being, training fitness professionals globally, speaking at conventions, and earning recognition as an award-winning facilitator and health coach. Helen Tite is a remarkable advocate for women's health.
